Forward Devils Lake Corporation is looking for a motivated, community-minded and forward-thinking professional to serve as its next Executive Director.

Forward Devils Lake Corporation serves as the economic development organization for the City of Devils Lake and Ramsey County. The Executive Director serves as this primary leader of Forward Devils Lake and works closely with its Board of Directors, investors, local businesses, community organizations, government entities, and regional and state economic development partners. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, results-oriented leader who can build strong relationships across the public and private sectors, identify opportunities, move projects forward and effectively represent the Lake Region.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, public administration, marketing, or a related field and at least three to five years of relevant experience in economic development, business development, finance, government or a related field. Equivalent education and professional experience will be considered. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, paid sick and vacation. Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000/year.
