"Employers are looking for a well-trained workforce. The only way to achieve this goal is by building a strong partnership with local education. Once there is open communication between industry and education, all students are being set for success, and industry can rely on the upcoming workforce."

"One of the biggest challenges beyond connecting industry and education is making sure the future workforce can find careers locally," continues Abrol. "Many people move out of their local community due to job opportunities. If the local education and industry are well connected, the students will have career pathway options when they leave their high school/community colleges/technical centers or universities."
