Whether you’re looking to laugh out loud, enjoy a cool drink on a hot night, or just enjoy the idea of spending time outside with your favorite people in tow, there’s a ton of summer entertainment heating up in Devils Lake!
Already experiencing some FOMO? No worries, the Chamber of Commerce put together a rockin’ calendar that will keep you busy until the leaves start to fall. We at Forward Devils Lake Economic Development hope you can come out and join us in celebration of our amazing community.
Arts in the Park
Pack up those lawn chairs, fill up the cooler, and enjoy some Arts in the Park! Held every Tuesday, the Gallagher Elks Band Shell will be rockin’ with some pure magic under the open sky. And in case Mother Nature misbehaves, the concerts will move indoors to the KC Hall at 522 4th Street NE in downtown Devils Lake.
Headliners over the next few weeks include the following:
July 15 - Herlof Huso (60's rock/country/classical)
July 22 - Rick Senger
July 29 - Destiny 281 (country/oldies/rock & roll/gospel)
All of the concerts are generously sponsored by the Rotary Club of Devils Lake. You can click here for their ongoing, updated calendar.
Legally Blonde: The Musical

The Broadway-style production puts the spotlight on an incredible lineup of local and professional talent with a toe-tapping musical score that is sure to leave you laughing out loud. Don’t forget to bend and snap!
Details: July 2-26 at Roosevelt Park

Live Music at Bobber’s at Proz Lakeside
Speaking of toe-tapping, a full lineup of bands is taking the stage at Bobber’s at Proz Lakeside inside Woodland Resort. Between the tunes, amazing lake views, and cool drinks, it’ll be hard to resist this one, so why bother? Forget that early bedtime and plan on hanging out for a while, just soaking up your favorite tunes.

July 12 – Ramblin 20 Tunes (Jeff Odden)
July 18 – Matt Hunt
July 19 – Christina Violin/Guitar Duo
July 25 – Chloe Raye

Poker Face
You gotta know when to hold ‘em… know when to fold ‘em. Especially during Spirit Lake Casino & Resort’s Summer Spectacular Poker Series. Featuring five separate poker tournaments over four days, including the $500 Buy-In Summer Heater main event, all five tournaments are trophy events! If that’s not enough to incentivize you to put all your cards on the table, maybe the $150,000 in estimated prize pools and $5,000 Player of the Series Award will!
